Welcome to Journey Club Tour & Travels. By accessing our website and booking any travel service with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Booking Policy
- All bookings must be made through our official website, authorized agents, or direct communication with our team
- A minimum advance payment is required to confirm your booking
- The remaining balance must be paid before the commencement of the tour
- Failure to complete full payment may result in cancellation of the booking without prior notice
2. Pricing & Payments
- All prices are quoted in INR unless stated otherwise
- Prices are subject to change due to factors such as fuel price fluctuations, hotel tariff changes, or government taxes in India
- We are not responsible for additional charges imposed by banks or payment gateways
- Applicable government taxes at the time of booking will be charged
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation by Customer
- Cancellation charges will apply depending on the time of cancellation before the travel date
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–14 working days
- Certain services such as hotel bookings, houseboats, and transportation may be non-refundable
Cancellation by Journey Club Tour & Travels
In case of unforeseen circumstances such as:
- Weather conditions
- Landslides or road closures
- Political unrest or security concerns
- Force majeure events
We reserve the right to cancel or modify the itinerary.
In such cases:
- Alternative arrangements will be provided where possible, or
- Refunds will be processed after deducting non-recoverable expenses
4. Travel & Safety
- Travelers must carry valid government-issued identification when visiting Jammu and Kashmir
- Guests are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit for travel
- Journey Club Tour & Travels is not liable for injuries, accidents, illness, or loss during the tour
- Activities such as skiing, trekking, gondola rides (e.g., Gulmarg Gondola), and snow sports are undertaken at the guest’s own risk
5. Itinerary Changes
- Travel itineraries are subject to change due to weather conditions, road conditions, or security concerns in Kashmir
- We reserve the right to modify routes, accommodations, or sightseeing plans without prior notice if required for safety or operational reasons
6. Hotel & Accommodation
- Hotels are subject to availability at the time of booking
- In case of unavailability, similar category accommodations will be provided
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to hotel policies and availability

10. Governing Law
- These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India
- Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Jammu and Kashmir
